If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of the Pelican Case you have purchased, PELICAN PRODUCTS will gladly replace the product or refund your money (at your option) within thirty days after the purchase through the original Dealer/Retailer.
PELICAN PRODUCTS will continue to guarantee the product directly, for a lifetime, against breakage or defects in workmanship. If it can not be repaired, it will be replaced. Any liability, either express or implied is limited to replacement of the product. This
guarantee is void only if the Pelican product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear. If your product needs replacement or repair and it was purchased from CPD Industries, please email us at customerservice@casesbypelican.com Include your name, address, phone number, product description, invoice number and a brief description of the problem. We will gladly provide you with a return authorization number. Or, contact our Customer Service Department at 800-882-4730. Please make sure to send your item freight pre-paid.
